Where can I get a pair of internal speakers for the Yamaha DGX 630?

Odd that you are enquiring about both speakers.

If you plug in a set of headphones do you then get stereo sound in them?

yes, clean stereo sound. But without the headphones, the speakers sound as though they are damaged

Before you start replacing cones, remove them and check for tearing around the edges.

It could just as likely be a blown stereo output module.
