Is the power getting through? Are there lights on? Is there any humming or buzzing sound?
Is the adaptor plugged in properly?

Please explain exactly what happens when you switch on. There are people here can talk you through it and maybe an easy fix. Otherwise, how long have you had this model? Is it under warranty?
