Play a Yamaha DGX-670 with a nice set of Sony wired cans. Got a set of Beats Studio Pros that would like to use wirelessly, but hear comments that the latency with Bluetooth via a transmitter plugged into the headphone jack will NOT be conducive to my playing. Can anyone advise if they have found a solution to this latency problems with bluetooth transmitters? Willing to spend equal to what the Beats cost to use them with this keyboard.

There is no low-latency bluetooth audio, its an inherent limitation of bluetooth (at least as it exists today). For low-latency wireless audio, you'd have to use a non-BT solution.
