On my DGX, I am experimenting with the voices. I want to use a choir voice. But when I play the voice it also plays the music note (piano) with it. Is that normal? I want the tone not the note.

FYI...somewhere someone said that occasionally if you have the keyboard midi plugged to a computer, it could feedback the piano voice on top of other voices. That seems to be the case.

Just go into your MIDI menu and turn LOCAL CONTROL OFF.
