Fatar/Studiologic SL-880: Only one key plays back too loud

I've had my Fatar/Studiologic SL-880 for a few years now and just noticed that one key out of all 88 keys plays back whatever I am controlling too loud.

I'm pretty sure it is a hardware problem, but not sure what.

Does anybody know the construction of this thing, and what it can be?

What an odd problem - I guess its whatever sensor or electronics which detects the velocity of the key coming down..

I only have one zone active and it spans the entire keyboard.

It’s a dirty key sensor. Check YouTube for how to repair.
