keyboard is triggering mutliple notes when pressing one note

I have a Launchkey 49 MK1 which is triggering multiple notes when pressing one note, confirmed using MIDI-OX (PC)

Any ideas or suggestions on a fix, short of the garbage can LOL

What do you mean by "multiple notes"? Duplicate Note messages on the same channel for each key? Note messages that are duplicated on another channel? Note messages for additional keys besides the key(s) you actually pressed? Or something else?

Is the keyboard set up with multiple zones that are layered together?

Can you take a screenshot from MIDI-OX and attach it-- or if the forum won't let you attach an image directly, save the image on the web somewhere and post a link to it?
