My Roland Juno D has several keys that do not play, even after doing a factory reset. Does anyone have any experience of fixing this type of fault on their keyboard?
That generally means that it's a hardware problem - some part of the physical keys are broken. If you can find a repairer for this keyboard, that would be your best bet, unless you feel up to opening it up and have a look. It might be something obvious like something has snapped off inside, or it could be a problem with the switch contacts.
