How to remove keyboard from Young Chang cabinet? I had a sudden failure while playing. Found 3 of 5 fuses on power board had failed, and am unable to find a source for new fuses. Shop will check the keyboard if I deliver to them, but it's in a cabinet that also contains amps/speaker. Please respond with any tips for removing keyboard. Screws look inaccessible. Any help is appreciated.

Just take the whole thing into the shop. The components are all integrated with the cabinet.

Happyrat1,

Thanks and I expect you are the voice of reality. It took a temporary extension of our deck, rented piano dollys, and 4 men to get it in the house. We can't get it out, and take it 40 miles. Do you know where I can get 3/4" glass fuses in 125 and 250 volt, 2,3 and 4 , amp?

Thanks,
Keyboard Novice

Check your local classifieds or Angi's list or call a few local music shops and ask if they'll make a tech housecall.

BTW. If fuses have blown out, DO NOT STICK IN NEW FUSES AND SWITCH IT ON!

It will probably worsen the damage.

Let a tech look at it before you turn it into a 500 lb boat anchor.

BTW, the problem could just as easily be with the amp and speakers.

It makes no sense to take it apart before a tech sees it.
