I use Google translate all the time. Anyway, do you know if I create a new sample will I lose forever the original smpls that came with my E-473 Yamaha? I have tried saving the originals but save SMPL -> press enter "No data" Does that mean if I create a new sample I will lose the originals forever?

No, you can always restore the built-in default samples. See page 45 of the owner's manual for information.
