New Krome coming out soon?

With the new Kross 2 having just come out, anyone have any inside info if Korg is planning to come out with an updated Krome model in the near future?

I'm considering the Krome but don't want to pull the trigger if a new Krome is on the horizon. Thanks.

Nobody's gonna know anything until NAMM 2018 in January and even then, if they do introduce a new model it will take at least another two or three months before they come down the pipeline and end up in retail.

So if you're not willing to wait up to 8 months to get one I'd say just wait until November's Black Friday Sales and pick up a current model for a 30% to 40% discount.

Any changes will likely only be incremental anyway and possibly even upgradeable thru a firmware update.

Thanks...I was thinking the same thing but was wondering if a Korg "insider" might want to leak some inside info.
They're about due for an upgrade. Current version came out in 2012.
