Power supply for RD-88

Has anyone tried to "internalize" the transformer and skinny cable on an RD-88? Just like everyone else, I despise the standard wall-wart. I've heard of this being done on other keyboards. Is it possible to install a standard 3-prong power jack with the transformer inside the keyboard?

Actually, regardless of how you feel about power bricks, they help minimize weight and heat dissipation inside the unit, and they are easy to replace when they fail. Moving it inside the unit is a bad idea.
