Hi there, I am using Finale 2014 manually, to songwriter because despite having made correctly all the connections (Psr 433 to PC), when playing the piano keyboard, only the notes for the treble clef are recorded for both hands, a mess! OBS.: it is the same with Musescore, for example.
I followed all the guidelines, joined the Finale forum, and researched extensively on the subject (recording in both clefs when playing the piano) I followed all the recomended directions thoroughly, but I could not do it properly. It has something to do with the SPLIT POINT. For sure I'doing some' wrong. Any ideas?
