I'm trying to figure out the best way to set up my saved sounds.
I don't use the styles, so at the moment I'm using the 8 Registration memory buttons to save up to 8 sounds. This has been ok except when I need more than 8 sounds per show. I'm a bit averse to swapping registration banks during the show, I like to have the whole show's sounds available on one register bank.

So I just discovered the One Touch Setting and realised I can have 4 sounds on the 1 memory button and cycle through with a foot switch. Trouble is, as the OTS works with the styles, it automatically turns on the accompaniment which I don't want. I can't find a way to turn it off. Any ideas?

Hopefully that all makes sense.

Or, any other thoughts on a more efficient way to set all this up?

Another option that some users like to use is to set up new Music Finder database records. One advantage of this is that you can actually name each database record according to the song you want to use it with. I don't know what all the different settings that can be saved this way might be, as I don't have a PSR-S model, so you'll have to experiment and see.

As far as switching registration banks during a show, is it possible to use a foot switch to advance from one bank to another?

Do you wish to keep the same accompaniment with your voices if this is the case I have an idea but will have to have a go mysel first, I may need more details from you if this is what you require.
