I still remember the old Memorex commercials where Ella shattered a wine glass live in a studio.

To this very day I still wonder if it was real or Hollywood fakery. Especially after watching a Mythbusters episode where they tried to duplicate the experiment and had to resort to ridiculous decibel levels in order to actually shatter a glass

This version of st.James Infirmary has heartfelt feeling! Every instrument and the vocals sincerely played their role with vigour and emotion.

One of my favorite keyboard artists/organists from the 70's.

From Sweden, with an eleven piece backup band, I give you Bo Hansson.

His CDs are amazing. Definitely pick up copies if you can find them.

He unfortunately passed away in 2010 at the too young age of 67.
