Ray >>> That's cause the kittens didn't write it. It's a cover of a Marilyn Manson tune from the 90's.

Here's the original. Makes the cover sound even better :D

That was great @Rayblewit! :)

Forgot to say - we saw The Lounge Kittens last week and they were fantastic! Here's a photo:

This was one of my favourites that they did on the night:

Wonderful.

Unbelievable, from another world, the talent of this young man. I didnot know him. I spent the morning sitting in my favorite chair listening with good headphones, the musical qualities of this little genius. Breathtaking.

@Oriane Lima he's incredible! :eek:

Unbelievable that someone so young has such a natural talent for jazz. He has such a good feel for the music, it was a joy to listen to :)

Looked him up on Wikipedia:

Joey Alexander... is an Indonesian jazz pianist and child prodigy. He released his first album, My Favorite Things, on May 12, 2015, at age 11. Alexander taught himself to play jazz at age six, and has performed for Herbie Hancock, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. In 2014, Wynton Marsalis invited Alexander to play at the Jazz at Lincoln Center's 2014 gala, which made him an "overnight sensation", according to The New York Times. Alexander won the Grand Prix at the 2013 Master-Jam Fest, and performed at the Montreal and Newport Jazz Festivals in 2015.

Wow!

I love the Tubular Bells album, particularly side 2 with the Piltdown Man. :)

Those were the days. 45 minute epic songs that spanned both sides of an album. Even better once the CD was invented and you no longer had to flip it midway.

There was a Tubular Bells 2 and 3 as well.

Here's another jog down memory lane.

Friends of Mr Cairo by Jon and Vangelis.

Enjoy :)
