YAMAHA DGX-630 SOUND PROBLEM

Hello,
I recorder a sound to memory (31) with 2 sounds. Now if i want to listen it or use it, then piano keyboard voice goes so low. If i stop doing it and do something else then its low to. To fix i need reset. But why this happen? And how to fix it?

Is it just the sound of the song that's lower (quieter) when you play it back? If so, go into your Function menu and look for the Song Volume function; it should be the second option in the menu. The value can range from 000 through 127, but I believe the default setting is usually 100. It might have gotten turned down somehow.
