I have a vintage KVC KB-600 keyboard which has developed a problem. Each time I switch it on it play normally for about 30 seconds then the volume goes low and the sound gets very distorted and scratchy. It will stay in this state until switched off and back on again. Does anyone have a wiring schematic for this keyboard or any suggestions to where I should look. I repaired a small board that had split in two that houses two D1268 NPN stransistors in a heat sink which stopped the power going to the on/off switch. Swapped out a couple of caps that I had replacements for on the power circuit. But now I'm stumped.
