Medeli AXK10 no microphone response

Had the keyboard for awhile but no time to test everything. Try the mic input but it's dead! Help please anyone.

#1 Check if it's a configuration problem.

#2 try a firmware update or reset.

#3 Investigate the hardware. Does it crackle when you move stuff around? Tried a different mic?

#4 call a tech.
