Some combinations on Keystation 61es are not working

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with my new Keystation 61es. The problem I have is that when I press the F5# on the keyboard then the C5 and C5# are not working at all and E5 is played as G4# and no release signal is sent (either for G4# or E5).

In what I mentioned above I have used the number of octaves marked on the keyboard. Below are the numbers that the computer sees. For example, if the key is marked E5 on the keyboard it is read as E7 by my PC.
