The Speaker in KB Amps

I am wondering what is the make and model of 15" speakers, for example, in keyboard amps.

I am thinking about putting together my own amp system and would like to know what speakers are excellent.

A couple popular choices:
1) Peavey Scorpion or Black Widow;
2) Eminence
3) JBL
4) Pyle Pro - although I'm not sure they make 15's, might only find 12's.
5) QSC
