I first saw the round keyboard in a NAMM video three years ago.

Aside from the fact that I'm not even 100% certain it was functional and actually hooked up to something I can only presume that Gaga wanted it for the performance to add to the "Vixen from Planet X" theme

And nowadays they even make them in Nord Red!!! (Oooooo! Ahhhhh!)
