YPG-635 sounds

I have a Yamaha YPG-635, and am a 70 year old beginner. I would like to at least learn the son "A whiter shade of pale." I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me if there is a certain voice and style that would be good for that song. Maybe a backing track also. I think the song was originally played on a Hammond organ. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
