Be kind - Footloose synth sounds

The cover band I play for want to plat Footloose by Kenny Logan (from the film), i'm be try and searching for the right sound for this song I can't find anything close.

Any suggestions (apart from "dont play the song" lol)

I use mainstage for playing live through my macbook pro, so software instrument suggestions would be good
