...new user looking for a "fix it" for my old Roland Rd600. The piano emits a rapid ticking noise when connected to an amp (a light tap on the casing at the bass end reduces the level of noise). Any one experienced this or have any idea of the cause or cure? Thanks in advance..

Can't help with your problem I'm afraid - although as a tap to the casing makes a difference maybe it's an internal loose connection?
