Help, DGX-670 piano room will record but NOT play back!

in the piano room, normally no problem recording. Now when/after recording, the following message occurs:
cannot complete the "operation" correctly

lol, problem solved. thanks for looking. um, I realized the message used the phrase 'cannot complete the oprerarion correctly'. That led me to assume my PianoRoom usage was incorrect. Since the room no longer saved recordings i assumed the room's folder could no longer be used 'correctly'. Solution was to delete files in the PianoRoom. Good news is the existing files could first be moved elsewhere.
