Just got my first keyboard from my girlfriend for christmas

can anyone provide me with links to other keyboard communities and places where i might find ways to tinker with my keyboard and change the firmware?

can anyone point me to any decent software that might be useful for a new player

tutorials whatever.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking to change in the firmware. Perhaps someone in the Casio section will be of help. Or you may have to head on over to your favorite search engine.

For software, what do you want it to do? Are you trying to learn to play? Do you want to control the keyboard with your computer? Other?

I think you'll find many of the answers you are looking for throughout the posts around the forums.
