Everything about her is sensational!
Her playing style, enthusiasm, her looks, talent, confidence and attitude on stage!
She is just a sheer pleasure to watch and listen to her music.
Absolutely underated! Super clever!

Another one I'm following in my inbox today. She's a very gifted songwriter.

And here's a couple more of her best works.

Tears For Fears Cover

And another original.

Sons of Apollo. My favourite music is music that is full of fire and passion. I generally don't want to listen to soft music or pop type stuff but that's just me and I can't knock those who really enjoy that kind of music. It's just not for me.

On another note! I saw Styx last night and they were just amazing as always!
Go and get their newest cd called "the Mission". It sounds like the way they did a couple of decades ago.

Cool! I've always got a bunch of cd's in my car. I pretty much change it up all of the time but yesterday I was listening to the newest Gary Numan cd. Also Transcendence by Devin Townsend.

Gary Numan's still putting out new stuff? Wow! Thanks for the heads up. I've gotta check that out.

Never heard of Devin Townsend. Any relation to Pete?

Youtube Gary Numan and Devin Townsend. Gary apparently has never really stopped putting out music. He just basically fell off the radar. Devin is no relation to Pete and very different. He's a Canadian boy from Vancouver. Check out his song Stormbending. Years ago he sang with Steve Vai. He's got a warped sense of humour sometimes. Check out his live show in England. I think at the Royal Albert Hall.

Cheers!

I checked out Devin. Not really my style.

But Numan's stuff the past couple of years has been amazing. Listening to some of it right now. Already added his last two albums to my wishlist on Amazon.

That's the thing about OK GO. They do elaborate and inspired visual videos but you never actually see them playing their instruments. I have my doubts as to whether or not they actually play any at all.

According to Wikipedia they're your standard combo lineup.

I just have my doubts as to whether or not they actually play well.

EDIT >>> The proof, as usual can be found on Youtube...

This is a song from the first Kamelot cd that I bought. It's not their first but a guy at the HMV store said I should check it out and I did. It was love at first listen. After that, I've been hooked and have bought most of their cd's.

I'm sorry man, while I can get into industrial stuff like Numan and NIN I just can't listen to Metalhead guitar bands anymore. They just seem so adolescent and gimmicky and 3 chord rock just leaves me cold.

After that last track I need something a little more refined to shake the snakes out of my head :D

Here's a touch of Gentle Giant. My all time favorite progressive band.
