yamaha p85

i have a p85 that has a strange problem. on the left half of the keyboard there are 6 dead keys. what is strange is that the keys are 3 c and 3 g all the same location on the group of keys. has anyone seen this problem? thanks

Here's a DIY Howto on repairing dead keys on a Yamaha keyboard.

Do a little more googling for youtube videos and howtos on keyboard reapir before you try fixing it yourself, otherwise, consider paying a technician a couple of hundred for a proper diagnosis and repair.

i actually found the problem, there was a break in 1 of the data lines on the key pcb. thanks
