Where on earth does Scott find all of his talented girls?

Well Ray, it's a numbers game. With about 7.5 BILLION people on the planet assuming 1 in 100 has any interest in music at all (probably much higher) That leaves about 75 MILLION players and singers and composers in the world today.

if only 1 in 1000 are professional quality that still leaves about 75,000 talented musicians in the world today.

The English speaking world is about 15-20% of the world's population. So let's say about 15,000 professional musicians in our corners of the globe. Half of those are women and figure maybe half of those sing.

With a net surplus of about 100 Million people being born every year Scott has an ample supply of eager sweet young things with stars in their eyes looking for a chance to beat the odds and get a recording contract.

Personally this is why I consider music to be my hobby and nothing more.

If you start adding in every idiot teenager out there who ever picked up a guitar then the odds begin with something closer to 1 in 5 or 1 in 10.

Just take a quick peek at youtube and soundcloud and all the other music self publication happening in the world today and you'll see more brilliant fresh new songs coming out every year than can be listened to in a lifetime.

Now simply close your eyes again and hit the play button again and enjoy :D

Gary ;)

Love the CHICKEN Cowboy. Those boys are good. Enthusiastic too.
Reminds me of this . .
Martin Barre was Jethro Tull's guitarist if you are wondering. Ian Anderson sacked him just a few years ago. That is when I lost interest in Tull.
